Creative Scope Of Work
Role: TikTok Content Creator (Food + Culture)
Location: Remote (based in the U.S)
Timeline: February 15 - March 15, 2026 (month to month renewal with a 30-day notice of cancellation)
Client: Confidential national restaurant brand
Overview:
We’re looking for a TikTok-native content creator to help capture and create short form content for a dedicated restaurant brand account. This role is for someone who:
Lives on TikTok
Loves food
Understands internet culture and humor
Can shoot, edit, and ideate great content, collaborating with our team
Is Gen Z (or Gen Z fluent) and comfortable appearing on camera when needed
What You’ll Do
Shoot and edit TikTok-first video content (almost always on location at restaurants)
Provide weekly short form ideation
Forecast and adapt TikTok trends into brand-safe ideas
Assist in writing captions, hooks, and on-screen text overlays
Bring humor, personality, and culture into every post
Collaborate with our internal strategy, creative, and account teams
Work recurring shoot days (with a paid day rate)
What We’re Looking For
Deep knowledge of TikTok culture, trends, and formats
Strong short form shooting and editing skills (iPhone is required)
A foodie, someone with a strong grasp of fast casual dining culture
Naturally funny, creative, and culturally plugged in
Comfortable working independently and in real-world locations
Bonus Points
You’ve created content for food or lifestyle brands
You have a TikTok portfolio or personal account to share with us (you do not need a lot of followers)
You’re great at turning simple moments into scroll-stopping videos
You know how to pull reference TikToks that a brand can understand a trend from

You’ll be responsible for helping execute social content strategies for a set of dedicated brand clients. You will also work with many other team members and interface directly with clients, as both a true player and leader.
You are going to report to and assist the Account Director in driving successful digital and content strategy across all of the brand teams’ clients. Planning, preparation, and execution are all crucial elements of this role.
You are going to drive successful digital and content strategy for your clients. This includes writing / creating rollouts and ideating content. This means internally work with the rest of the team to execute rollouts and manage client platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Discord, email, SMS, and more.
You’ll manage agency/client relationships along with the Account Director and COO, providing strategic input while guiding our teams towards the achievement of client objectives.
You’ll work collaboratively with the account and creative teams to set up content shoots and ensure that content is being delivered correctly and efficiently. You’ll also help in execution, analysis and optimization of our marketing plans.
You’ll establish rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients; keeping them up to date on projects and how to manage their feedback and approvals is also important.
You’ll learn a key philosophy here: always be moving the ball. It’s vital to make sure the internal teams are accountable in delivering creative ideas and managing assets/approvals.
You’ll need to understand data and know how to analyze it. Gathering, analyzing, and reporting on analytics and KPIs is important.

What You’ll Do
Be both proactive and reactive, planning social calendars at least 1 month in advance whilst being adaptable via adding more time-sensitive posts each week. This includes ideating, working with the creative team, briefing designers, and giving leadership daily updates
Join all internal and external team calls, take extensive notes, and send to leadership when the call ends. This means clear / formatted meeting minutes with sections, as well as “action items” and “key takeaways” as needed
Engage in and actively help supervise team meetings, brainstorms and client calls/meetings
Assist in data collection and creating weekly reports
Assist Account Director with asset management, editing, and creation for our clients
Includes Dropbox management (filing, organizing, labeling files in the right places)
Includes updating Project Management tools, including scheduling, tracking progress, and updating timelines
Tracking UGC via gathering content from fans, fans accounts, reddit threads, socials, etc
Test assets + copy on private accounts before they go live on client’s accounts
Along with the creative team, gather lists of brand specific trends for us to engage with
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to inform campaign strategies and client recommendations
Assist in gathering data for campaign/monthly performance analysis and prepare reports on key performance metrics
Manage asset flow, ensuring that content, images, and other materials are correctly labeled, stored, and distributed to team members
Working with the office manager, coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for relevant team members
Prepare expense reports and help manage account budgets, tracking expenses and invoices as directed
Proofread and ensure the accuracy of all documents before submission to leadership and clients

You’ll contribute to our hard working yet friendly company culture, engaging in and actively participating in team meetings, brainstorms and client calls/meetings.
You'll spend a lot of time on TikTok (and Reels and Shorts). Research and understanding of all socials and what content works best is what sets us apart from other agencies. This includes understanding how third party, artist fan pages, and clipping networks work.
You understand data and know how to analyze it. Gathering, analyzing, and reporting on analytics and KPIs is important to this role.

Short Form Content Creator (LA, NYC, Nashville, London, + Australia)

We are looking to build a team of creatives who live and breathe on the platform and have great taste across art, culture, and media. Join our dedicated teams in producing some of the best content, rollouts, and campaigns the internet has to offer.
This role will be part-time and paid via shoot day rates or a monthly retainer based on the number of clients and IRL shoots confirmed for each month. Candidates must be located in LA, NYC, Nashville, London, or Australia, as all content shoots and events will happen in that area.
What You’ll Do
You are going to utilize your creative efforts across our clients to help ideate and produce content for TikTok. Contribution of your ideas for day-to-day creation of social media content will be crucial.
You will work closely with our Accounts Team to help bring ideas to life through short-form video content that will be produced during on-site content shoots with clients.
Concepting and collaborating with other creatives and internal teams happens often, including brainstorms!
You’ll work with the entire Benchmob team to identify, source, and ideate against TikTok trends in real-time (aka “trend forecasting”).
Being an educational resource is key for our clients, especially at content shoots where you’ll be able to provide TikTok tutorials and best practices that are quick and easy to learn.
You’ll spend most, if not all of your time on TikTok. Research and understanding of what content works best on the platform is what sets us apart from other agencies. Monitoring trends and adapting them for channel use for our clients is important.
What You’re Good At
Creating content on TikTok and possess a solid understanding of other social media platforms
Operating on iPhone (shooting/editing) is required.
