This is a contractor position based in Los Angeles (up to 40 hours per week), with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position at the end of the contract. We are looking for someone who can be a leader and who has the technical skills to create content as well (Adobe suite, Canva, CapCut video editing, content creation, iPhone content capture, etc). **The ideal candidate is the kind of person who just gets internet culture, knows social media inside and out, and can spot what works (and what doesn’t) across every platform. What You’ll Do You'll employ your creativity across our clients, providing assets/copy and ideating content for social media and short form platforms. It will be your responsibility, alongside the Account and Creative Teams, to aid the creative strategy and process from briefing to final asset creation. Your daily input in social media content creation is vital. In collaboration with our Account Team, you'll develop ideas that resonate with a client’s voice. Frequent brainstorming sessions with other creatives and internal teams are part of the process. Responsibilities: Key clients: Chili’s, AriZona, and Four Loko - Vision - Develop and maintain overall creative direction for content across key clients 
- Auditing and feedback on the final, client-ready assets, copy, and decks 
 
- Leadership - Mentor a team of designers, copywriters, producers, and other creatives 
- Assist in leading brainstorms 
 
- Organization - Interpret creative briefs to develop concepts for execution with assigned brands 
- Collaborate closely with the creative producer and the brand department at large 
 
- Innovation - Stay up to date on industry and digital trends 
- Problem solving to address challenges, new technologies/tools, and opportunities 
 
- Creativity - Create, edit, and polish photos and videos to align with brand guidelines and objectives 
- Ideation, copywriting, and editing content for a range of digital marketing materials is crucial 
- Attending content shoots is often required (1-4 times per month) 
 
 Qualifications: - Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines 
- Proficiency in Canva

We are looking for a London-based Account Coordinator who lives and breathes on the internet and has great taste across art, culture, and media. Join our dedicated teams in producing some of the best content, rollouts and campaigns the internet has to offer. *Note - we are looking for someone who is hungry, ambitious, and passionate over anything. Skills and experience are great, but attitude and drive are crucial for this role. What You'll Do - You will be a point person for Benchmob in the UK; not only an educational resource for clients but an excellent team member, interfacing and working directly with Creatives and other Account Teams, as well as being a professional face. You are going to assist the rest of the UK team and our Head of Music in digital strategy efforts across all your clients.

- You'll help put together marketing campaigns for artists, brands, apps, and creators. Your goal is to drive a successful digital and content strategy for your clients across product and content releases, events, merch and much, much more. 
- You’ll contribute to our hard working yet friendly company culture, engaging in and actively participating in team meetings, brainstorms and client calls/meetings. 
- You'll spend a lot of time on TikTok (and Reels and Shorts). Research and understanding of all socials and what content works best is what sets us apart from other agencies. 
- You understand data and know how to analyze it. Gathering, analyzing, and reporting on analytics and KPIs is important to this role. 
- Internally working with the rest of your team to execute rollouts and manage client platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, Laylo/co:brand, SMS, and more. Copywriting for platforms like Twitter is crucial. 
- You’ll coordinate with the account and creative teams to set up content shoots and ensure that content is being delivered correctly and efficiently. You’ll assist with execution, analysis and optimization of our marketing plans. 
- You’ll report directly to the CEO and Head of Music but you will also work in tandem with the rest of the Account Teams (US and UK), building daily handovers and action lists with them. Communication with the labels and management teams daily is required, as well as handling all artist needs while the US team is offline.

- In depth knowledge of all Google Documents (and Word/Excel) 
- Any experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, or similar

      Short Form Content Creator (LA, NYC, Nashville, London, + Australia) Overview Benchmob offers digital strategy and content creation to some of the best artists in music, as well as some of the most well known brands on the internet. Our team engages millions of fans across the globe every day, and many of the processes and ideas we come up with set an industry standard and create earned media moments. We are looking to build a team of creatives who live and breathe on the platform and have great taste across art, culture, and media. Join our dedicated teams in producing some of the best content, rollouts, and campaigns the internet has to offer. This role will be part-time and paid via shoot day rates or a monthly retainer based on the number of clients and IRL shoots confirmed for each month. Candidates must be located in LA, NYC, Nashville, London, or Australia, as all content shoots and events will happen in that area. What You’ll Do You are going to utilize your creative efforts across our clients to help ideate and produce content for TikTok. Contribution of your ideas for day-to-day creation of social media content will be crucial. You will work closely with our Accounts Team to help bring ideas to life through short-form video content that will be produced during on-site content shoots with clients. Concepting and collaborating with other creatives and internal teams happens often, including brainstorms! You’ll work with the entire Benchmob team to identify, source, and ideate against TikTok trends in real-time (aka “trend forecasting”). Being an educational resource is key for our clients, especially at content shoots where you’ll be able to provide TikTok tutorials and best practices that are quick and easy to learn. You’ll spend most, if not all of your time on TikTok. Research and understanding of what content works best on the platform is what sets us apart from other agencies. Monitoring trends and adapting them for channel use for our clients is important. What You’re Good At Creating content on TikTok and possess a solid understanding of other social media platforms Operating on iPhone (shooting/editing) is required.
